Description:
Programming languages required:
– Proficiency in programming using Oracle Database Tools (Oracle Designer – Oracle Forms & Report).
– Preferred good experience in different languages and tools other than Oracle (J Developer – Java)
Operation System:
A good experience in the use of the Windows operating system.
Database:
– A good experience in the use of Oracle databases.
– Preferably has a good experience in the use of other databases

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:
Required courses:
– Suitable courses in Computer Languages.
– Suitable courses in databases analysis and design.
– Suitable courses in the use of Oracle tools specially J Developer.
– Suitable courses in programming languages (MS visual studio web – Share point – Bit talf – C# – ASP – Java – HTML – XML)
Experience Required:
– Experience in the development of electronic services using Microsoft tools.
– Practical experience in the analysis, design, programming and follow up in writing regulations and their application to be address directly and not less than five years.
– Experience in financial and administrative systems and preferably has experience in municipal systems or work in the area of government.
– Experience in leadership and supervision of staff development.
– Experience in contact with the users and solving everyday problems for them.
– Has the ability to propose new regulations or amend Applied Systems Applied list.
– Experience in scheduling and follow-up implementation of projects using project management tools, especially (MS. Project).
– Experience in the study of the transition to new systems and apply it in practice.
– Preferably experience in the analysis and design of systems based on object-oriented programming.
Education Level Required: Bachelor
Experience Required to qualify for consideration: 5 to 6 years
