Job Description
Responsible for the development of an effective planning process during Project green field implementation or roll out.
Responsible for developing a good relationship with the respective clients, get inputs from the client and communicate to the team members of the project.
Responsible for making timely, effective decision at the project level and communicating those decisions both up and down the program structure, while approaching needed decisions in a logical and thoughtful manner and weighing conflicting information.
Implement and lead an effective project change management process that pro-actively identifies project changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the ERP program team.
Actively directs the development and maintenance of plans, practices and assignments to the team.
Leadership quality including the ability to motivate, inspire, counsel and facilitate individuals and teams to take responsibility and accountability for the goals will be an added advantage.
Should have the ability to solve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team.
He is responsible for creating and maintaining a monthly financial management process that incorporates actual financial performance to forecasted performance and justifies all variances; accurately forecasts expenditures in alignment with the project budget and supports the budgeting process throughout the project cycle. He also must follow the company’s financial processes and policies.
