Job Description

Successful implementation of Human Resources Management System – (HR Core), such as the project list mentioned below;

oPerformance Management,

oSuccession Planning,

oE Recruitment,

oManpower Planning and Control,

oE Government,

oEmployee Relations.

Lead effort in establishing a functional base line for as-is-state and defining the to-be-state with transition roadmap that includes the key components around business processes, policy framework, process re-design, change management and working closely with other technology team members in determining technology and product configurations.

Lead requirement analysis sessions to gather key business objectives.

Identify current business process challenges.

Identify and document gaps in business processes

Identify Business Process re-engineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes

Managing all aspects of the acceptance testing, implementation and setting up technical and user support for an Oracle EBS HRMS.

Set up and facilitate training courses on a train the trainer basis for all the HR modules.

Generates routine reports and designs special reports as requested.

Researches new technologies related to human resources and keeps management informed.

Prepare project plans for test, training, implementation and support activities and oversee day to day resolution of issues in these areas.

Review deliverables for quality and completeness in line with the scope.

Escalate any deviation against the Project Plan.

Key Skills;

Oracle HRMS Development and Implementation

Mandatory;

Ability to communicate effectively in English, in person and in writing and should be able to lead meetings, workshops and drive discussions and negotiations.

Bachelors degree in related field (Human Resource, Information Technology, Computer Science) or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.

Knowledge of full project life cycle implementation (requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, custom reporting, and production problem resolution.
